Information for Delegates

Venue

The Conference will be held at the Croke Park Convention Centre. Croke Park is the home of the traditional Irish sports of Gaelic football and hurling, headquarters of the Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA), and has been at the heart of Irish sporting life for over a hundred years. Language

The working language of the Conference will be English. Interpretation will be provided in the Plenary room in English, French and Spanish. Informal meetings will be conducted in English.

Delegates’ facilities

The Conference Centre is equipped with wi-fi access. Limited computer and internet access will be available at the Conference Centre.

Sponsorship Programme

A sponsorship programme is available for participating states that are low-income or cluster munitions affected countries. UNDP will administer the sponsorship programme according to preset criteria for a maximum of two participants per delegation and within the funds available. Sponsorship will include roundtrip economy class airfare, hotel accommodation in Dublin, and the costs of incidental travel expenses. Those States requesting sponsorship should contact UNDP at:
