Registration
Delegates are advised that registration for the Dublin Diplomatic Conference on Cluster Munitions will close at 12.00 on Monday, 19 May. The credentials of representatives and the names of alternate representatives and advisers should be submitted early to the Executive Secretary of the Conference and, if possible, not later than 24 hours after the opening of the Conference.

Registration will be possible in the Croke Park Conference Centre from 08:30 on Monday, 19 May. It will be possible for delegates staying at the Jurys Croke Park, Jurys Inn Parnell Street, Jurys Inn Custom House, the Regency and Skylon Hotel to register in their hotels on Sunday, 18 May.

Conference Hours
The Conference will formally open at 10:00 on Monday, 19 May. Delegates are asked to take their seats by 09:45 on Monday, 19 May.  Conference hours are from 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00. Lunch will be provided in the conference centre.

It is envisaged that the closing ceremony of the Dublin Diplomatic Conference on Cluster Munitions will end by 13:00 on Friday, 30 May.

Transportation
Shuttle buses to the Conference will be provided to and from Jurys Custom House, Jurys Parnell Street, the Regency and Skylon hotels.  Additionally, a shuttle bus will run from the city centre to and from the Conference.  

Evening Receptions

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Micheál Martin T.D., will invite the Heads of Delegations plus two representatives from each delegation to an evening reception on Monday, 19 May at Dublin Castle.  All members of delegations are invited to attend a reception on Monday, 26 May, at the Royal Dublin Society (RDS) in Ballsbridge, Dublin. Shuttle buses will be provided to and from the receptions.
